The Accelerate Success program leverages your strengths by providing you with information and support to accelerate success in every dimension of your life. You will learn and be supported implementing life skills that are seldom taught in traditional education.
Every month of this year-long program, you will master one additional life skill that will enable you to be more focused, and more effective, at doing the things you deem most important. The learning is paced so that you have the opportunity to absorb the material, and begin mastering the skill. (Many high performers are voracious consumers of information, but often to not invest the effort to master new skills.) Most of the course material is in the form of audio clips so that you can learn as you travel, or workout. Some of the audio programs are supplemented by schematics or other written material. But, the bulk of this learning comes from your listening to the audio tapes and then making an effort to implement what you have learned.
Because, we all learn best when we are interested in a subject, most of the curriculum is structured as electives that you can take in any order that you choose (after taking the three core courses). The first year curriculum for the Accelerate Success program is as follows:

Mastering any one of these areas could dramatically improve your performance. Mastering twelve, over the course, of the year will dramatically improve your performance! In all aspects of your life!!
Supplementing this learning will be the learning that you will be doing by being a part of a small MasterMind Group that will meet either weekly, or every other week (the group decides). You will be put in a group whose three or four members are pursuing a similar objective to your lead objective. Your Group will use a proprietary process designed to help participants create more accountability in their life, while also gaining team members whose wisdom and support can be invaluable. And, out of respect for the busy schedules of the high performers in this program, each MasterMind call is strictly limited to one hour (no more often than weekly).
The Accelerate Success program is not about high-faluting theories. Everything you learn, in both the core learning experience and your MasterMind experience, will be practical and implementable. If you diligently apply what you are learning, you should begin seeing improved results within the first sixty days of participation.
It is important to understand that this program does not offer some magic bullet, “three easy steps to success” approach. This is a serious program for high performers serious about taking their performance to an even higher level. And to do so in a way that helps leading charities.
