Colleagues successfully completing the first year curriculum for the Accelerate Success Program have two choices for continuing in the program. They can continue with the base program (choosing from a new group of monthly electives for their second year curriculum). Or, they can step up their participation by applying to move up to Dave Carpenter’s Platinum Program.
The Platinum Program is designed for participants who will be targeting to create value that will enable them to make an annual contribution to the charity(s) of their choice of at least $100,000. Such value is made possible by leveraging the learnings from the first year, adding more structure, getting more time one-on-one interaction with Dave, and by gaining exposure to other leaders in the personal growth field.
The colleagues in the Platinum Program assemble four times per year for three day, intensive learning experiences. Two of the sessions (Spring and Fall) are held on Dave Carpenter’s farm in the Berkshires (MA). The other two sessions (Winter and Summer) are held at locations that provide participants with an opportunity to experience wonderful locations that are conducive to both fun and learning. In 2012, the Winter session will be held at the beautiful Enchantment Resort in Sedona, AZ. The Summer session will be held in delightful Vancouver, British Columbia.
During the three day sessions, each colleague reports to this small group on their progress against major goals during the last quarter, as well as on their plans for the ensuing quarter. Then each colleague brainstorms with the group on one “opportunity for improvement” that offers the best opportunity for the colleague to accelerate success over the next quarter. Given the skill and experience level of the Platinum Program participants, these very interactive sessions represent brainstorming at its best.
One of the highlights of each gathering is a detailed presentation by one of the entrepreneurs participating in the Venture Accelerator program. Hearing about the challenges and progress being experienced by these talented business people is always uplifting.
Another highlight of the three days is a presentation by a star from the business world or personal growth world. Imagine the opportunity to learn from these masters and get your questions answered in an intimate setting with trusted colleagues.
Participants in the Platinum Program also benefit by the regularly scheduled, monthly check-in call with Dave Carpenter. You and your coach (or accountability partner) will report on progress over the last thirty days and your planned progress in the next thirty days.
Because of the significant charity component of this very exclusive program, the annual cost for participation in this program is only $25,000 per year. This fee covers all materials, as well as all on-site expense for you and your coach (or accountability partner) at the four quarterly meetings (transportation to the meetings is your responsibility).
Other similar, high quality programs have an annual fee in excess of $100,000. As with all of Dave Carpenter’s mentoring programs, he accepts a greatly reduced fee in exchange for a commitment that participants will make a donation to their favorite charity(s) in an amount equal to the value of the program, above and beyond the base fee. Participants in this program will be targeting making an incremental charity donation of at least $100,000.
