1. How does this program compare with leading group coaching programs?
This is not a coaching program. This program provides you with the information for you and your coach to accelerate the progress you are making in working together. To participate in this program, you must participate with a coach or suitable accountability partner.
2. Why doesn’t Dave provide traditional coaching?
Dave’s speaking, writing and consulting activities do not allow adequate time to devote to one-on-one coaching. Dave understands the significant time commitments made by coaches through his long time personal use of coaches to improve various aspects of his personal performance.
3. What makes Dave think he has the key to my performing better?
Dave has spent the last decade interviewing peak performers from all walks of life and researching what contributes to personal peak performance. His efforts in this research have been recognized by his selection as the Exceptional Wisdom scholar on personal peak performance. And his weekly radio show on Peak Performance provides a unique opportunity to learn from the peak performers that he interviews every week.

4. What role does my coach play on this program?
That is strictly up to you and your coach. Upon enrollment, you and your coach will receive an informative piece on six ways coaching can improve your results from this program.
Your coach, or alternatively your accountability partner, knows you and best understands how you optimally can be held accountable. Although there is definitely some accountability built into this program, participants are expected to have a accountability support in place.
5. How much time is it expected that I will devote to the program?
The monthly lesson will require, at most, two hours of your time per month. And, because most of the lesson is in a convenient downloadable audio format, you can learn while commuting or traveling.
Your MasterMind Group will meet either weekly or every other week, with the group making that choice. The MasterMind session is strictly limited to one hour. How much you interact with your MasterMind partners on a one-on-one basis between sessions is strictly your choice.
Once a quarter, you will have a thirty minute call with Dave to review your progress.
This program is designed to give you the tools and resources to accelerate your success, not to become a massive time drain on a schedule that is undoubtedly already very full.

7. Is the Platinum Program a better fit for me?
The Platinum Program, which is described here, is only available to program participants who have successfully completed the base program.
8. What is the Venture Accelerator program?
The Venture Accelerator program is a very specialized program for entrepreneurs who are building companies with the potential to have an enterprise value of at least five hundred million dollars within three years. These entrepreneurs get very active mentoring from Dave with respect to their business in return for a commitment to make a very, very sizable commitment to their favorite charity when the business has a major liquidity event planned to occur in year three. 9. What is the cost of this program?
The annual base fee for this program is only $1195, a fraction of the fee charged by the few comparable high quality programs providing access to someone with the talent and experience of Dave.

10. How do I join the program?
